The Marvels is a 2023 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics characters Carol Danvers / Captain Marvel, Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau. It is the sequel to Captain Marvel (2019) and the 32nd film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film was directed by Nia DaCosta, written by Megan McDonnell, and produced by Kevin Feige.

Brie Larson reprises her role as Carol Danvers, alongside Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau and Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan. Zawe Ashton portrays Dar-Benn, the leader of the Kree who is trying to restore her homeland after a civil war.

The film follows Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau as they team up to fight a new threat from outer space. The team is called "The Marvels" by Ms. Marvel.
